Japan Post has stopped accepting international mail (EMS), mainly in Europe, due to the situation in Ukraine.

For orders from countries where EMS is not available, please use a purchasing / forwarding agent. (EX: White Rabbit Express)

They have a cheap commercial shipping account, using UPS / Fedex / DHL.
