This is a Haji ware tea bowl from the Kofun Period. Its rounded bottom and charmingly plump form create an endearing aesthetic. When filled with water, it absorbs moisture, allowing for a delightful experience of its dampened surface. I believe it also serves beautifully as a flower vase.
