The "Sutgarak" is a traditional type of spoon used on the Korean Peninsula. Historically, during meals, it has been customary to use both chopsticks and a spoon, with the Sutgarak characterized by its rounded tip and elongated handle. This design is specifically crafted for scooping food from deep bowls.

Each piece is handmade, resulting in subtle variations in shape. The patina of the well-used brass adds a rich depth of character to the spoon.
