Russian old painted small pot

It is an old Russian small pot with cute colors. I think it was probably painted on the top of the bottle, but I bought it because I was attracted to the sense of color. I think it would be nice to use it as a flower vase in a place like an alcove with an old earthen wall in a tea room.
