ROCANIIRU primarily deals in antique art, antiquities, and one‑of‑a‑kind items. These pieces are often fragile, irreplaceable, and vary greatly from item to item in terms of age, usage history, and condition. For that reason, many cannot be managed uniformly under the same standards applied to typical new products—such as product information, safety labeling, inspection of condition upon return, and decisions on resale.

In light of recent developments in Europe—consumer protection regimes, product safety regulations, return requirements, and the increasing complexity of customs and labeling obligations for cross‑border transactions—we have determined that businesses handling antique art like ours must take a cautious approach to direct sales to EU member states.
