堅木を彫り出して作られた長方形の煎茶盆です。内側には松の枝が刻まれ、枝葉の細部まで丁寧に彫り表されています。隅には朱の方印が入ります。
木地は長い年月を経て深い色合いとなり、歪みもなく、じっとりとした艶のある木味を見せています。表面には細かな擦れが見られますが、彫りの線は鮮明に残り、彫り師の手の良さが伝わります。茶席などでもお楽しみいただけるでしょう。
