硬く焼きしまった灰陶で、鎬文の美しい短頸瓶です。
高台の焼き上がりや鎬の造形は中国の古代硬陶を思わせるものがあるのですが、口の造りはまた別の雰囲気があり、類例も探ったのですが、長年わからないままになっています。
高台に直しがありますが、それ以外は完器形を保っています。
水漏れもありませんので、そのまま野の草花を投げて日々の茶や花と共にお楽しみください。
