In recent years, Banchen pottery has been gaining popularity in Japan.
This product is a black pottery earthenware with fine line engravings densely engraved around the torso.
The age and format of this type of pottery are still unknown, but black pottery with intaglio patterns like this is said to have been made in the early Banchen period, around 1000 BC.
