Dutch antique Ink bottle of excavated glass 16th-19th century

A glass bottle from Holland. You can see the faint silvering.
I think it's probably an ink bottle made in France, but it has a modern shape and looks quite nice.
This bottle does not leak water, so I think it would be nice as a tabletop vase for a tea ceremony.
