We are currently suspending direct sales and shipments to EU member states.

ROCANIIRU primarily deals in antique artworks, antiques, and one‑of‑a‑kind items. These pieces are fragile, irreplaceable, and vary widely in age, usage history, and condition from item to item. For that reason, many of them are difficult to manage uniformly under the same standards applied to typical new products for product information, safety labeling, inspection of condition on returns, and resale eligibility.

In light of recent developments in European consumer protection regimes, product safety regulations, return requirements, and the increasing complexity of customs and labeling obligations for cross‑border transactions, we have determined that sellers of antiques like our shop must adopt a cautious approach to direct sales to EU member states.
