Introducing Genre-Based New Arrival Notifications
We have added a genre-specific arrival notification feature to the ROCANIIRU online store, which many of you have requested.
By selecting the genres you’re interested in and registering your email address, you will receive an email when relevant items are newly stocked or restocked.
Notification categories are organized to align with ROCANIIRU's offerings.
Centered on Korean antiques and sencha tea utensils, you can choose detailed notification categories for items such as antique ceramics, furniture, and original SATEN.
When there is an arrival, notification emails are generally sent around 8:00 PM on the same day.
However, for certain items such as white porcelain full-moon jars, we will notify you as soon as possible after they arrive, without waiting for the regular delivery time.
Arrival notifications are not sent for every product update; they will be sent for new arrivals and restocks that are deemed appropriate for notification.
You can change your notification settings at any time after registering.
Unsubscribing can also be done via the link in the notification email.
You can register using the form at the bottom of the ROCANIIRU page.

In arrival notification emails, we include the product image, product name, price, and a link to the product page. Changes to notification settings and unsubscribing can also be done via links in the email.
