This is a Yamachawan (Mountain Tea Bowl) from the Heian Period. Its charming calligraphic repairs, wide rim, and deep bowl shape make it an exquisite piece. When paired with a petite teapot, it can also serve as a delightful tea vessel.

The final photograph showcases the bowl alongside other tea utensils for your reference.
