This is a gourd-shaped ewer from Silla pottery. Although it is an excavated object, it is in excellent condition. The form of this gourd shape evokes a lineage that ultimately leads to the water vessels of the Goryeo period. It would also make a splendid addition to a floral arrangement or water vessel display.
