こちらの切子硝子の高台付盃は、明治時代に製作された酒器です。透明な硝子に施された切子模様が美しく、光を通すことで穏やかな陰影を生み出します。また、硝子に混じった小さな気泡が光にかざすとさりげない輝きを見せ、趣のある美しさを感じられます。小ぶりながら存在感があり、酒席に静かな品格を添えてくれるひとしなです。
高台の部分は、盃を持ち上げた時に手元にしっくりと馴染み、使いやすさも優れています。硝子の厚みや質感も丁寧に作り込まれており、手に取ると明治時代の工芸技術の細やかさが伺えます。
