This small jar, a green-glazed piece from 19th century France, features a rich application of green glaze that envelops its surface. It embodies the essence of French folk art with its graceful curves and striking form. Its compact size allows for a comfortable grip, and when compared to contemporaneous pieces, it is in excellent condition both inside and out.

After filling it with water for an hour, there were no signs of leakage. It could also serve as an intriguing vessel for sake.
