This is a distorted antique glass bottle from 19th century England. Each glass bottle from this period exhibits unique shapes, showcasing the charm of old glass with its bubbles and various inclusions.
I was once an avid collector of such glass bottles, but my interest gradually shifted towards those unearthed from rivers and the earth. This piece is one of the treasures I gathered during that time.
The surface features embossed lettering, and the bottle displays a gentle, wavy distortion throughout. The glass surface has begun to exhibit a subtle iridescence, indicative of early silvering. There are no leaks, making it an excellent choice for displaying flowers in a windowsill or at a tea ceremony.
