This Khmer ash-glazed tea bowl (15th–16th century, excavated) exhibits a tranquil palette, evoking the softness characteristic of egg-shell porcelain. With continued use as a matcha bowl, it promises to develop a delightful patina. The rim is subtly thin, enhancing its elegance. It would also serve beautifully as a confectionery vessel or a serving dish.
