This is a Yixing Zisha teapot from the Qing Dynasty, known in Japan as "Gurindama," a shape highly valued by sencha enthusiasts. It is small, robust, and perfectly sized to be held in the hand, making it ideal for solo tea sessions or leisurely enjoyment with 2-3 people. The teapot has developed a rich patina from frequent use, giving it a dignified presence. At ROCANIIRU, we have also used it in tea gatherings multiple times, and it produces excellent tea.
