A white porcelain globular jar from the early Joseon period.

A small jar with a low foot, a rounded, swelling body, and a thickly turned rim. Height 10 cm; width 13 cm. Though modest in size, the body has a pronounced bulge, giving the vessel a gentle, unforced silhouette.

The glaze is a bluish-gray white. The exterior exhibits fine craquelure, and iron spots and faint stains are visible in places. The surface is not a uniform, pure white; subtle bluish and gray tones mingle with a reddish clay color, so that the white porcelain still retains a trace of its earthy origin.

The interior is glazed from the rim down to the upper body, while the lower area reveals the clay surface. The base retains wheel-throwing marks, and reddish-brown iron deposits and small black specks are scattered across it. Although a small jar, the body conveys a quiet sense of volume. There is no major damage; overall condition is good.
