Each piece is carefully packed for international delivery.

This piece is referred to as a "cong-shaped bottle" due to its resemblance to the ancient Chinese jade artifact known as "cong."

The versions that made their way to Japan feature vertical and horizontal lines that protrude along the corners of the body, resembling the counting sticks used in divination, and are thus called "sanki-te" (算木手). They have been cherished in the context of the tea ceremony.

This particular item has been passed down from a tea house and is not from the Song dynasty, but rather a celadon cong-shaped bottle from the Ming dynasty.
The condition is impeccable, showcasing a substantial and thick celadon glaze.
