The red glaze of Jun ware, known for its copper-red hue, is applied to the surface of porcelain and fired at exceptionally high temperatures. This process allows copper oxides to precipitate on the glaze's surface, resulting in a stunning red coloration. The Jun ware red glaze is characterized by its rich tonal variations, lustrous finish, and subtle nuances across the glaze surface. Highly esteemed during the Qing Dynasty, particularly under the reign of Emperor Qianlong, Jun ware was produced in abundance for the imperial court, making it exceedingly valuable as a work of art.

This piece is in excellent condition and features a bottle shape adorned with double dragon handles. The red glaze exhibits a beautiful and varied kiln change. It comes with a wooden stand and a wooden box.
