Due to the recent increase in fraudulent use of accounts in online shopping, Rokaniiru has updated the login method to the latest standards to ensure safer transactions. While logging in with just an email address and password is convenient, we prioritize the safety of our customers. Therefore, we have adopted a system where a new one-time code is issued each time you log in, sent to your registered email address. Please enter the issued code to log in. After logging in, please follow the guidance to place your order.

About Payment
We accept various credit cards and bank transfers for payment.
Once your payment is confirmed, we will promptly ship your order.
Please note that in the case of a bank transfer, the transfer fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Domestic Shipping

International Shipping
We usually ship within 4 business days. For international shipments, we adhere to international standards by double-boxing with cushioning materials to prevent shipping accidents. Therefore, due to the arrangement of materials, shipping may be slightly delayed compared to usual. If you are in a hurry, please contact us through this contact form before purchasing.
About Returns and Exchanges
If defective or damaged items are delivered or items that differ from your order are received in domestic transactions, we will handle returns or exchanges.
We will cover the shipping cost for returns and reshipping in such cases. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We cannot respond to requests made after this period. After receiving the returned item, we will check its condition, and if an exchangeable item is not available, we will process a refund. Also, in some cases, interaction between the delivery company and the customer may be necessary, so we ask for your cooperation. If there is obvious damage to the outer box of the product and a delivery accident is suspected, please directly contact the delivery company to arrange the collection of the product.
For international shipping, as unforeseen accidents may occur, we provide insurance coverage up to 2 million yen for items shipped via EMS. If a damage accident occurs during transit, please contact us with photos via email within 24 hours of receipt. Subsequently, we will report the accident and file a compensation claim with Japan Post. Although this may cause inconvenience, we kindly ask for your assistance with the collection of items at your local post office. Refunds will be made through the insurance, and the amount will depend on the accident's circumstances and the condition of the items. We appreciate your understanding.
Additionally, although shipping costs may be high, we can arrange shipping via FedEx or specialized art shipping companies for safer delivery. If you prefer a safer shipping method, please contact us through this contact form before placing your order.
