This is a small bowl from the Chōsen Karatsu tradition of the Edo Period (1603–1867 CE). It features a rare rimmed floral shape, adorned with a rich iron glaze that beautifully melds with a milky, opalescent straw ash glaze, resulting in a complex and vibrant palette.
