Long-necked jar, fragment, Heian period/794-1185CE

This is the remains of a typical long-necked jar from the Heian period.

It is described as a remnant, but I think it is a broken jar.

It is hard-fired with natural glaze and does not leak.
You can enjoy it as a flower vase as it is.

It has a beautiful appearance that calls for flowers.
