Han Dynasty Incised Letter Plate with High Foot, Han Dynasty (206 BCE - 220 CE)
$385
/
This is a Han dynasty grey pottery plate with engraved characters and a tall pedestal. Originally used as a pedestal plate for placing food, it features a unique design with a stout pedestal that is not commonly seen in Japanese Sue ware or Silla pottery. The upper plate also has a thick and sturdy structure. It would be wonderful to use it as a lamp dish or candlestick.
