Buddhist Art Female Deva Statue, Kamakura Period (1185-1333CE)
This is a female deity statue from the Kamakura period. The standing posture follows the style of the Kamakura period, exuding a dignified and serene presence while displaying a soft and gentle expression. Over time, the wooden parts have aged and show signs of weathering and insect damage. Despite its small size of 19cm, it possesses a powerful aura.
