Third Generation Miura Takesen Bamboo Fountain Set with Hiban, Fire Tongs, and Wooden Box, Taisho Era (1912-1926CE)

It is an antique iron hibachi called "Koka" made by the 3rd generation Miura Takesen. It has a serene and rust-colored appearance. This hibachi was extensively used by a tea practitioner and comes with a set of antique iron fire chopsticks featuring motifs of a trivet and peas. It beautifully complements a cast iron kettle and enhances the ambiance of a tea ceremony. A wooden box is included.
