Antique Shigaraki Saya Vase Muromachi/1336-1573CE

The two scabbards, which are the kiln tools of old Shigaraki, stuck together in the kiln, and the upper scabbard was broken, just like a pot.
Shigaraki clay is not suitable for water blocking, but the lower scabbard miraculously blocks water, and the upper crack can be used as an opening for a flower vase. (I filled the water for 24 hours)

It is an appearance that you can feel the powerful swell of fire. I don't think there are many others that have an appearance that invites wildflowers.
