It is a wooden platform of the Yao tribe. I don't know for sure that it was made by hammering out the legs from a log with a hatchet.
Fine carvings are carved on the whole, and the wood grows well and has a nice texture. It looks nice. I think that you can enjoy it as a tea stand for 1-2 people.
