Membership Registration
Thank you for considering registering as a member. You can easily complete your registration by clicking on the icon at the top right of our website. In response to the growing number of unauthorized account uses in online shopping in recent years, ROCANIIRU has updated its login process to ensure safer transactions. Instead of using only an email address and password, a one-time code will now be sent to your registered email address each time you log in. Please enter the code you receive to complete your login.
Payment
We accept payments by credit card and bank transfer.
Products will be shipped promptly after payment confirmation.
Please note that any bank transfer fees must be borne by the customer.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping is generally completed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
However, depending on the product condition and preparation status, shipping times may vary slightly.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact us through the inquiry form before placing your order.
If you would like to specify a delivery time slot, please indicate your preferred time in the notes section at checkout.

We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, please understand that delivery may be affected by traffic or courier company conditions.
International Shipping
Shipping is generally completed within 4 business days after payment is confirmed.
To minimize the risk of damage during transit, we use appropriate packing materials and adopt double packaging in accordance with international standards.
Depending on the availability of packing materials, shipping may occasionally be delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact us through the inquiry form before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Returns and Exchanges
For domestic shipments, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange for a return or exchange.
We will bear the shipping costs for returns and re-shipments.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, if no replacement is available, we will issue a refund.
In cases where shipping damage is suspected, you may need to coordinate directly with the courier company.
If there is visible damage to the outer packaging, please contact the courier company directly to arrange for collection.
For international shipments, we strictly follow international standards by using double packaging to minimize shipping accidents.
When using EMS, insurance coverage of up to 2 million yen is included.
If a shipping accident occurs, please contact us by email with photos attached within 24 hours of receiving the item.
We will then file a damage report and claim with Japan Post.
Depending on the situation, your cooperation with the local postal service may be required.
Refunds are processed through the insurance coverage, and the amount may vary depending on the nature and extent of the damage.
We also offer shipping through FedEx or specialized art shipping companies upon request for more secure delivery. If you prefer this option, please contact us before placing your order.
