This is a stoneware jar with a stamped design from the ancient Chinese Spring and Warring States period (770–221 BCE). The jar features a low-centered form adorned with a cloth-like stamped pattern that envelops its entire surface.
The slight fraying at the rim adds to its charm, presenting a graceful silhouette reminiscent of a blossoming flower. The piece is well-fired, demonstrating no leakage when filled with water for approximately one hour.
It comes with a wooden box.
