This low stool is crafted by the men of the mountain tribes in northern Thailand.
It was discovered during a journey to the tea forests surrounding Laos, in a small village inhabited by the Yao ethnic minority.
The stool features a rattan frame with a seat woven from iron wire.
It shows signs of extensive use, exhibiting a beautiful patina.
Its charming presence makes it suitable for use as a flower stand, or it can be incorporated into a tea setting for an added touch of elegance.
