This sake cup, believed to be a Ko-Seto piece from the Kamakura period (1185–1333 CE), showcases a distinctive footed design. During the firing process, the cups were stacked, causing the lower cup to adhere to the upper one, resulting in a fascinating double-footed form. It would certainly be a delight to enjoy sake from this exquisite vessel.
