A pair of incense tray with Antique Chinese wood Qing Dynasty/1616-1911CE

A pair of Karaki incense trays from the Qing Dynasty, inherited from a tea house.
The board is engraved with a very fine traditional Chinese pattern on the edge that imitates bamboo.
It has a nice woody taste. How about as a daily incense tool?
