This Khmer dynasty ash-glazed tea bowl, dating from the 15th to 16th centuries and excavated, showcases a serene palette. Its exquisite yellow tones evoke a sense of warmth and softness reminiscent of egg porcelain. The surface features a delicate network of crazing, suggesting that it would develop a charming patina with use as a matcha bowl. The rim is subtly thin, adding to its elegance.
